HOW TO ORDER
International Arts and Crafts Offer more than 3.000 different style of mammoth and hippo ivory carvings,
ivory jewelry and premium gift to our clients. We can only show a small
proportion of our goods in our web site. Moreover, new design
continuously add to our stock list almost every week. International
Arts and Crafts is located in Hong Kong. Our quotation to you shall be
in U.S.$ FOB Hong Kong. International transport and insurance cost
shall be added according to clients' instructions.

ORDER AND FORMS OF PAYMENT
No minimum order is required. All our prices shall be quoted to you in
wholesaler price basis. Please arrange payment to us of 100% of the
total amount, by business check or international money order and/or by
telegraphic transfer. This prepayment will allow us begin to process
the order immediately. You may suggest your payment method to us and
this can be modified in depending on special agreement with our
customers.

DOCUMENT
There are no any restrictions in trade involving mammoth ivory wares,
thus you are free to import such handicrafts in any quantity, any time
you like. As for Hippo ivory, a CITES re-export certificate issued by
our government authority will be supplied for your customs clearance.
DELIVERY
Under normal conditions your products will be dispatch within 30 to 60
days after we receive the confirmation of the order. The actual date of
shipment will depend on quantities and types of products requested.
Moreover, you choice shipping method will affect the delivery time too.
If customers make a sample order for our stock goods, we can arrange
the earliest delivery date, usually within 10 working days.
PACKAGING
Large ivory carving item will be wrapped individually with thick tissue
paper and bubble plastic bag to anti collision breaking. Small item or
premium gift item shall be packed in different types of bags or boxes
according to the size. Air Shipments are packaged in corrugated
cardboard boxes. For ocean shipments the carton boxes can be
re-packaged into a wooden box. International Arts and Crafts always
believe that your goods should arrive in good condition. However,
insurance against theft or breakage is your responsibility and can be
provided at additional cost. We can quote those additional costs
according to your instructions. The additional costs will be added to
the F.O.B. prices for those particular insurance requirements.
